Varies based on business needs Role Summary Welcome every guest and deliver outstanding hospitality—from arrival to departure—by providing attentive service, handling reservations and billing accurately, and supporting daily hotel operations. You'll help ensure each guest enjoys a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay. Key Responsibilities Complete guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately Handle phone and online reservations Process accurate payments Explain payment options and securely verify credit card information Register guests and collect required documentation Maintain accurate reservation and billing records Greet guests warmly and assign accommodations upon arrival Enroll rewards members Run reports Manage and operate systems Monitor building for guest safety Collaborate across all departments: Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Bistro and Management Share information about hotel amenities, room options, and pricing Address guest concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet quality standards Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and common areas Manage group bookings and assist with customized guest services Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services when appropriate Cross-train all shifts Cross-train in additional areas such as F&B and laundry Assist management with daily operational tasks Collaborate with and support fellow team members Help create an exceptional experience for every guest, every stay Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for service Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities Well-organized and adaptable Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills; hotel systems experience is a plus Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation Employee hotel stay discounts within the brand Paid training and onboarding Ongoing learning and development opportunities Career advancement potential within the hospitality industry Supportive and team-oriented workplace culture About Our Hotel Marriott Hotels are known for delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
