As a Night Auditor, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests during late hours, handling guest inquiries, and overseeing the accuracy of daily financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while supporting our hotel's seamless 24-hour operation. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling guest requests, reservations, and inquiries efficiently Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics to support management decision-making Respond promptly to guest concerns or issues with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations Conduct security checks of the property to maintain safety and security standards throughout the hotel premises Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure compliance with hotel policies Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality roles, particularly in night audit or front desk functions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhancing guest relations in multicultural environments Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred Previous hotel experience with a focus on guest services or resort operations is advantageous Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and security standards Opera and/or IHG experience a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
