Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Compensation:

16.00 - 17.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested

Qualifications:

Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired About Company At ARK, our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
