Night Auditor

Hours :

11pm - 7am (Friday / Saturday) Duties Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of hotel records Greet guests arriving during the night shift with friendly, professional customer service, addressing their needs promptly and courteously Manage front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to maintain safety standards throughout the hotel premises Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles, processing payments, and maintaining accurate logs of nightly activities Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained during your shift Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with resort environments is a plus Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Exceptional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally at all times Previous experience in hospitality or hotel experience preferred; a background in guest services or front desk operations is ideal Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently and adapt to varying operational needs Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
