Job Summary The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Utilize multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations during the night shift. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort settings. Proficiency in night audit processes and familiarity with hotel management software. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Demonstrated ability to handle front desk responsibilities, including phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems.
