In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, handle financial transactions, and maintain the security and integrity of the property during nighttime hours. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and exceptional customer service will create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your multitasking skills and contribute to memorable guest experiences around the clock. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a seamless guest experience Manage front desk operations including reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to maintain precise records Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering guest relations Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to safeguard the property during overnight hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues promptly Handle phone etiquette with professionalism when communicating with guests, vendors, or emergency responders Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with prior hotel experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse guest demographic effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proficiency in front desk procedures, including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills to maintain clear, professional interactions via phone and in person Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive during night shifts.
