Jun 15, 2026 Summary 🌙 Night Owl with Hotel Experience? We've Been Looking for You. You already know how the overnight shift works. You know how to hold down the desk when it's just you, the audit reports, and the occasional late check-in. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder — you just need a team that trusts you to get it done. That's exactly what we're offering. We're looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join us on a part-time basis, primarily weekends. If your nights are already free and you take pride in running a clean audit, this role fits your life. What You'll Own Audit, balance, post, and report on all front desk, rooms, and F&B transactions Execute the night audit final after verifying accuracy across all accounts Complete the nightly checklist — no steps skipped, no shortcuts Optimize occupancy and ensure all guest accounts are accurately checked in Reset the F&B POS and prepare the daily revenue summary Hold down the front desk — guest needs don't stop at midnight, and neither do you Support light food & beverage orders as needed What We're Looking For Prior night audit experience is required — Hyatt brand experience is a strong plus Solid understanding of hotel accounting principles Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights minimum. Able to be flexible! Sometimes you may be off weekends. Self-directed and dependable — you show up, on time, ready to work Calm under pressure with strongmunication instincts High school diploma or equivalent required
