In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain accurate financial and operational records. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls as needed. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and security standards. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, financial summaries, and operational updates. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally during late-night hours. Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and attention to detail.
