Tru hotel by Hilton Lawrenceville Come join our family of professionals at our Brand New Tru by Hilton for the position for a attentive Night Auditors that are committed to excellence to service our guest overnight and perform nightly balancing duties and shift reports. We offer a Great working environment Main scope of Duties Daily audit,balance,post report on front desk, rooms and beverage cash and credit operations ensuring accuracy of the hotels financial and accounting records Greet guest in a warm, friendly and professional manner identify and and correct any discrepancies Reconcile credit card payments audit and balance all daily transactions rooms charges run end of day reports including revenue and occupancy and close out business day Monitor hotel activity overnight repsond to emergencies and disturbances provide excellent service to the guest and be attentive to guest needs use computer system to make reservations, check in/out hotel guest process payments process departmental reports post charges to guest accounts Check guest in/out excellent communication skills Follow Hilton brand standards • Qualifications Ability to work overnight from 11:00pm to 7am weekend and Tuesday night Understand basic math and use a 10 key calculator exceptional customer service skills reliability and honesty Team work and cooperation Hotel experience preferred with Hilton Hotel or Marriott experience preffered Positive attitude problem solving skills Prefer Hotel front desk experience Hilton ,Marriott or IHG Tru Hotel 2050 North Brown Road Lawrenceville Ga We recommend to take assessments skills for this position Hours per week: 24-32
