Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at the Dual Brand Fairfield In & Suites / TownePlace Suites Canton, Georgia. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure accurate financial and guest records, and deliver exceptional guest services during the night shift. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Duties Manage overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay Maintain security protocols by monitoring surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the hotel premises during overnight hours Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or safety concerns Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk software is preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor during all interactions Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required Benefits Paid Vacation Holiday Pay Hotel Discounts Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life Insurance Join us in delivering memorable experiences through vibrant hospitality!
