Available shift: 8pm-8am (Weekends day/night). We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively. Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations. Clean office and lobby area to maintain a healthy environment for the guest.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Professional appearance and demeanor.
