Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves handling front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel policies and procedures to assist guests effectively. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Prepare daily reports for management review, highlighting occupancy rates and revenue. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
