Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing administrative duties with guest relations to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach will help maintain the safety, security, and smooth functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours, creating a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing at all hours. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests and staff. Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance issues. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments. Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system and maintain confidentiality. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations confidently and courteously. Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, phone etiquette, and resort operations if applicable. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
