Night Auditor (Comfort Inn & Suites) -Part Time

Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a memorable stay. Monitor security systems and perform visual inspections of the property to uphold safety standards. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to ensure accountability. Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to reservations, billing, and guest services. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong background in hospitality management with knowledge of night audit procedures. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic hotel software applications. Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during night shifts.
