Night Auditor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest relations effectively. Duties Perform night audit functions, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports for the day. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records. Handle multi-line phone systems and respond to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a pleasant stay and fostering positive guest relations. Maintain security protocols during night shifts to ensure guest safety and property security. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A background in resort or hospitality environments is beneficial.
