In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Conduct nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions, including verifying reservations, billing, and posting charges accurately. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and any discrepancies to support management decisions. Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to ensure safety and uphold hotel standards. Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality skills. Collaborate with front desk staff and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management software, and multi-line phone systems is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive financial information accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently during overnight shifts.
