In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle late-night inquiries, and maintain the safety and security of our hotel property. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and customer service will help create a welcoming environment for all guests during the overnight hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your multilingual skills and hotel management expertise while working in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest accounts by balancing daily transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing reports for management review. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues related to reservations, amenities, or services with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct detailed audits of hotel operations during the night shift, including reviewing security footage and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information or transferring calls as needed while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and guest interactions to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services such as concierge requests, room assignments, and special accommodations. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in a front desk or night audit role. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel experience in a resort setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
