In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of support for our guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our hotel management systems. Your multilingual skills and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and smooth hotel functioning through the overnight hours. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in hospitality management while delivering memorable experiences to our guests. Duties Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries efficiently. Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all records. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed. Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and transactions during the shift for accountability and reporting purposes. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or issues promptly. Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, offering solutions that enhance overall satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit or front desk roles. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally during late hours. Previous hotel experience in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous.
