NIGHT AUDITOR
to serve as our guests and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel
NIGHT AUDITOR
Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. Shifts run 11 pm to 7 am. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions. Responsibilities Handles all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax Ensures accuracy of all charges to guest folios Averages sum of revenues of all accounts receivable from room and other departments Produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions Follow all specified procedures to maintain and post a daily balance of all house accounts, including running preliminary reconciliations, detail transactions and final reports to accounting and profit centers Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts Transmit credit card batches Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, booking reservations and resolving guest issues Manage online and phone reservations Answer incoming phone calls, process reservation/cancellation/modification requests, and transfer calls to appropriate departments Assist in booking room reservations Make cash drops in accordance with proper cash handling procedures Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel Ability to assist hotel guests in an effective manner Ability to fully follow supervisor's directions Organize the Front Desk area so that the A.M. Front Desk staff can properly prepare for their shift Ensures that lobby is well-maintained Work nights, weekends, and holidays a must. Shift is scheduled 11:00 pm to 7 am.

Strong communication skills; including the ability to deal effectively with vastly diverse groups of people and guests.
