This energetic role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest relations, and financial reconciliation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. The hours of this job are 10pm-6am. Must have night work experience to be considered. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and inquiries using professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying transactions, billing accuracy, and financial reports to ensure proper record-keeping Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest requests, and resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor security cameras and conduct property inspections to maintain safety and security standards across the resort or hotel premises Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that reflect excellent customer service and guest relations skills Maintain accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and transactions during your shift while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure We're dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where energetic professionals can thrive.
