Reserve and confirm guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested, process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes. Make pre-arrival informational calls to booked incoming guests, confirm and cancel Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Complete guest registration process, issue unit keys while ensuring the security of the guests personal information Provides hotel information and any area attractions details and directions. Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures. Balance all cash drawers and perform a bucket check on shift, complete cashier report and other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/securing of assigned cash drawer. Complete check-out procedures, verifying that the correct charges and credits are posted to the corresponding guest folio, thank the guest and invite them to return again.

Provides excellent service with an upbeat positive attitude and friendly smile, responds appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Resolve guest issues in effort to improve the guest experience. Promotes team work through daily communications and coordination with other departments.

Multi-task and be pro-active in taking on other tasks. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have dependable transportation
