Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at our boutique hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position offers an opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and provide exceptional guest services.Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Verify and balance guest accounts, including charges and payments
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing daily activities, revenue, and occupancy rates
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property
- Conduct regular inspections of public areas to maintain cleanliness and orderliness
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest services
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and night audit procedures
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
