Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and administrative records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on every guest. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and handling guest concerns with care. Prepare comprehensive shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to maintain accurate records for management review. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards during overnight hours. Assist with guest relations by resolving issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is beneficial. Strong understanding of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality best practices is essential. Experience in resort or large-scale hotel environments will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are crucial for success in this role.
Pay:
$15.50 - $15.75 per hour
