Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience. Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling billing inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Skills Proven experience in front desk operations or guest relations within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is advantageous. Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
