Job Description
assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations Do Night Audit (11 PM to 7 AM) Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments Answer questions and address complaints Answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly basic computer skills and check, sort and forward emails Keep updated records and files Handle cash and credit transactions Work with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
