Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/ Night Auditor, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this vital role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations while providing outstanding customer service. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help create a warm, inviting environment for all guests arriving or departing at night. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills and guest relations talents in a fast-paced, lively setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with a positive attitude, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and controlling access to the hotel premises. Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and detailed documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities to enhance their stay. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for engaging with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. Experience working in resort or hotel settings that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls and provide information or assistance as needed
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
  • Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage reservations and guest information
  • Provide general information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
