Night Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit duties including checking in/out guests, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
• Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
• Assist with guest relations by providing exceptional customer service

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.
