Night Auditor - Part Time (Home 2 Indianapolis Airport Ameriplex)

Our Night Auditors keep the hotel balanced while the world sleeps. You'll combine precision and hospitality to ensure smooth overnight operations, accurate reporting, and a safe, welcoming environment for every guest at Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Airport Ameriplex. What You'll Do Welcome late-night arrivals and assist guests with check-in and check-out using hotel management systems. Complete nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions including billing, payments, and adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and room assignments while safeguarding sensitive information. Answer and manage multi-line phone systems professionally, assisting guests and supporting team communication. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive overnight experience. Monitor hotel security systems and conduct routine safety checks to maintain a secure, comfortable environment. Collaborate with front desk and leadership teams to prepare the hotel for a seamless transition into the next day. What You Bring Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or night audit preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with front desk systems, reservation software, and financial reconciliation processes. Comfort working independently during overnight hours while managing multiple priorities. Professional phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities. A dependable, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. This is a part-time position working Wednesdays & Sundays.
