Job Responsibilities Position:
Night Auditor Shift:
Overnight (typically 11:00 PM•7:00 AM) Primary Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Perform guest check-ins and check-outs. Answer phone calls and make reservations. Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns. Process payments, refunds, and cash transactions accurately. Balance and reconcile daily hotel revenue and financial reports. Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for management. Verify room rates, charges, and guest accounts. Monitor hotel security and conduct property walk-throughs as needed. Respond to emergencies and follow hotel safety procedures. Prepare and set up the breakfast area if required. Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized. Communicate important information to morning staff during shift handover. Assist with laundry duties when necessary. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer and cash-handling experience. Ability to work independently and stay organized. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Previous hotel experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work overnight hours and remain alert throughout the shift.
