Duties Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports for management. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. Handle guest relations effectively, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the night. Manage multi-line phone systems, responding to calls promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is completed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and hotel operations run smoothly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient guest services, ensuring a welcoming environment. Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
