Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the front desk during overnight hours while performing essential accounting and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Handle guest requests and resolve any issues professionally Balance daily transactions and complete night audit reports Prepare and distribute daily reports Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests Answer phone calls and take reservations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently during overnight hours Reliable and punctual
