Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their stay Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor guest accounts for discrepancies, process payments, and update records with attention to detail Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing reports for management review Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and managing access control for late-night arrivals Handle multi-line phone systems to assist guests, staff, or emergency responders as needed with professionalism and clarity Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and guest services procedures Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual skills are a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions Familiarity with hotel security protocols, CCTV systems, and multi-line phone systems Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference every night!
