Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our financial and administrative records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and hospitality operations during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional customer service. Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment. Prepare detailed night audit reports, including financial summaries, daily transactions, and occupancy data. Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and multilingual communication skills when needed. Set up hot & cold items for breakfast Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest services is essential. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols. Prior experience in resort or hospitality environments will be advantageous for understanding guest relations and hospitality standards.
