Summary We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Chrome Hospitality Management in Louisiana. This vital role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions and provides excellent guest service during overnight hours, supporting our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the hotel. Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless operations. Manage phone systems and communicate effectively with guests and staff. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is preferred.
