Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure seamless guest experiences while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and performing detailed audit procedures to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment for all guests during the night shift. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth experience Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasm Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial activities for management review Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest records, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role Opera PMS Experience Preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; experience with resort or large hotel environments is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with diverse clientele Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols Prior experience in night audit procedures or hotel accounting is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle guest issues professionally while maintaining a lively and welcoming attitude Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences around the clock!
