In this vital role, you'll oversee the hotel's nighttime financial transactions, perform comprehensive audits, and provide outstanding guest services during the quiet hours of the night. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly face of our hotel during the overnight shift, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for even after hours. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key performance indicators for management review. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Provide exceptional guest services by resolving issues promptly, offering local information, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their stay. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other hotel departments. Support hotel management in maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to hospitality policies during overnight hours. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, night audit processes, and guest services within a resort or hotel environment. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable. Demonstrated understanding of hospitality industry standards related to guest relations, phone etiquette, and security measures.
