Conduct nightly audits of daily financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced and reports are accurately prepared for management review. Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with enthusiasm. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours. Complete detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and any irregularities to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence. Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Experience in hotel management or front desk operations, particularly within resort or hotel environments. Knowledge of night audit procedures, including financial reconciliation and report generation. Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns with tact and efficiency.
