We are currently seeking a full-time Night Auditor to oversee the resort's overnight operations, provide accuracy, stability, and thoughtful guest support. The qualified candidate will ensure a seamless transition from day to night by providing calm, attentive support and maintaining the integrity of our financial and operational systems. Night auditors should be detail‑oriented,posed, dependable, knowledgeable, and warmly professional.Essential functions include:
- Provide warm, attentive support to guests seeking assistance during overnight or early‑morning hours
- Maintain accuracy andpleteness of nightly financial reports, postings, and audit procedures while upholding Miraval's service standards
- Professionallymunicate with colleagues and integrated departments to support seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Assist guests with booking Miraval activities, spa services, and wellness programs, offering knowledgeable guidance and thoughtful rmendations
- Support guests with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and valet services for late‑night or early‑morning arrivals and departures
- Check guests in with professionalism and presence, offering a smooth and mindful arrival experience
- Provide clear, accurate information about resort amenities and policies
