Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and financial reconciliation to deliver exceptional guest experiences around the clock. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during nighttime hours, providing top-tier customer service while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and security. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests and support the seamless functioning of our hotel operations. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience. Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy and balancing accounts to ensure all records are precise. Respond promptly to guest needs, complaints, or emergencies with a friendly and solution-oriented approach. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols of public areas, and controlling access to the property. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate documentation of nightly activities. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably as a Night Auditor or in a similar role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and basic accounting or auditing procedures. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality management background or hotel experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with industry standards and procedures.
