Must be comfortable being a leader , helping front desk manager lead the team to successful Marriott requirements. Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Supervisor and Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours. This dynamic role combines guest relations, front desk management, and night audit responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will foster a warm, efficient environment, ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties Oversee the front desk operations during night/evening shifts, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and exceptional customer service Conduct nightly financial audits (night audit) to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and prepare reports for management Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance on hotel procedures, guest interactions, and service standards Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and ensuring guest safety Handle guest relations by addressing complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency to foster positive experiences Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a focus on front desk operations and night audits Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Previous experience in guest services, resort environments, or hospitality management is preferred Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attentiveness Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, security procedures, and hotel operations Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
