Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience during overnight hours Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency Monitor security cameras, conduct safety checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff throughout the hotel premises Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update reservation records accurately Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest relations to foster positive experiences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold hotel standards of hospitality Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or facility concerns Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Proven experience in night audit procedures and front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest service protocols Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in energetic environments.
