Job Description
The Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport is currently accepting applications for Full-Time Night Audit. The is an overnight position with a schedule of 11pm-7am. Full-time candidates must be available to work Sunday-Thursday. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mature, responsible, trustworthy candidate with a big personality, bright smile and positive attitude. The moment a guest steps into our hotel, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Night Auditor you will not only be the person guests rely on to handle late night/early morning transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You will also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel welcome and at home. As Night Auditor, you will act as Manager on Duty and be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service during the overnight hours. Other duties include but are not limited to checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, posting charges to guest accounts, verifying accuracy of all guest registration, payments, billing credit cards, responding to guest complaints and balancing a cash bank. The Ideal candidate will possess a love for creating the best service experience possible. If this sounds like you, please submit your resume for consideration. Candidates who are detail oriented, mature, patient, love to smile, maintain a professional appearance, have excellent service skills, and the ability to work without supervision are highly desired. Candidates must be able to work day/evening shifts while training then transition to the overnight schedule.
