  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our dynamic hotel team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hotel operations run smoothly during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and has a strong aptitude for numbers and customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including balancing daily revenue and expenses and preparing financial reports for management review.
Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and comfort of guests throughout the night. Reconcile and process credit card transactions for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and distribute guest invoices, ensuring all charges are accurate and accounted for. Assist in setting up the breakfast area for morning service and replenishing consumables as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and perform light housekeeping duties as required. Collaborate with day staff to communicate important information for a seamless transition between shifts.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role is preferred but not required.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using hotel management software and financial reporting tools. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
