Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and efficient check-in experience. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests effectively. Operate phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls and messages. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette are essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. A background in hospitality management or related fields is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
