Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel services and local attractions Monitor security systems, conduct routine surveillance of public areas, and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns Handle late-night guest requests or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit records to ensure smooth operations for the next day's team Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or hotel setting Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Previous experience working with guest services, front desk responsibilities, or night audit functions is preferred Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks during overnight shifts Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a rewarding career in hospitality!
