CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE A GENUINELY CARING SERVICE APTITUDE, EXCELLENT PROBLEM RESOLUTION SKILLS, AND APTITUDE FOR BASIC ACCOUNTING/MATH SKILLS. CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE WORK A SET SCHEDULE OF EITHER FRIDAY+SATURDAY NIGHTS OR SATURDAY+SUNDAY NIGHTS.
Work history must demonstrate good work performance, dependability, and punctuality.
Responsibilities include:
Balancing the accounts from day shift Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs Ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to guests requests for information, amenities, and scheduling wake-up-calls Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments Answering calls and queries related to potential reservations Completing and distributing daily reporting Ability to work weekends and holidays as-needed Supplemental daytime shifts are available for qualified candidates seeking 16+ hours per week. The position may satisfy internship requirements for some majors, please note your interest in your application.
