Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Night Auditor and become the vital link between our guests and exceptional service during the overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth hotel operations, maintain guest satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors while safeguarding the property and supporting our front desk team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and customer service in a fast-paced resort setting. Responsibilities Oversee nightly hotel operations, including check-in and check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest assistance Conduct detailed night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy Address guest inquiries promptly via phone or in person, delivering outstanding guest services with a friendly attitude Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the premises Prepare shift reports documenting any incidents or irregularities to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff Support guest relations efforts by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations is essential Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Familiarity with resort environments, guest services, and hotel experience is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
