Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless overnight experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will oversee the night-time operations of the hotel, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and payments using hotel management software Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with exceptional customer service skills Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks throughout the property to ensure guest and staff safety Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining positive guest relations Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and audits Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed Begin set-up for hotel's complimentary breakfast program Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive interactions Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Proficiency in hotel management systems and night audit processes is essential Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone handling Knowledge of front desk procedures, guest services, and hotel management best practices Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols Join us as a Hotel Night Auditor and become an integral part of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
