Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours. This vital role combines guest relations, administrative duties, and night-time security to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a friendly and proactive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine patrols of the property, and controlling access points during night hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth operations for the next day's team Arrange Breakfast and restock breakfast supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for guests. Support guest relations by providing personalized service, addressing concerns professionally, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international guests Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are essential for professional communication Knowledge of hospitality management software and night audit procedures is preferred Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and detail-oriented during overnight shifts Exceptional guest relations skills combined with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset Join us in delivering memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality!
