Job Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for guests during the overnight hours, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional service. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and relay messages with excellent phone etiquette. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises. Support front desk operations by managing guest requests, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest relations are prioritized. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management systems is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems required. Knowledge of hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality best practices. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
